Which payment methods can I choose?

At Steinhauer lighting, you can pay effortlessly with the method that suits you best. Below is an overview of our payment options:

  • iDeal: Pay directly and easily. Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be delivered the next working day, provided they are in stock.
  • PayPal: Pay securely and quickly, send and receive money without repeatedly entering financial details. Trusted worldwide by over 250 million people in more than 200 markets with 25 currencies.
  • Credit Cards: Pay reliably and quickly with Mastercard or Visa via the secure Buckaroo platform. Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be delivered the next working day, provided they are in stock.
  • Pay on account: For resellers of our products, it is possible to purchase on account! All related agreements are securely stored in our reliable Steinhauer ERP system. This ensures a seamless and efficient partnership!

What are our bank account details?

We do not disclose our bank account details online and we do not accept bank transfers as payment for orders. Please contact us if you have any problems making a payment.

My computer froze or my browser crashed while I was on the payment page. What happens now?

If your computer crashed, lost internet connection or your web browser crashed while you were on the checkout page and you did not receive an order confirmation email from us, then your order was not successful and no payment was made. Are you concerned that you may have paid twice? First consult your statements to check whether money has been debited. Any payments will be immediately reflected in your personal bank account. If you are still unsure or need further assistance, please contact us.

Where can I find my invoice?

You will receive your invoice digitally. After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. After this order confirmation, you will also receive the invoice in an attachment by e-mail. The invoice will not be sent by post and will not be supplied as a packing slip with your order. If you have created an account, you can also find your invoices in my account.

Resellers receive an invoice from our ERP system as soon as the goods have been shipped.
