I want to return my order. What is your returns policy and how can I return?

 

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to decide whether you want to keep the item.

If you want to return, please send an e-mail to retouren@steinhauer.nl and provide your name and address details, order number, item number and reason for return. After completing the steps, you will receive an email with the return instructions, as well as the return labels as a PDF file in the attachment.

Return costs outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are € 25 per label You don't have to pay anything in advance for your return, because the shipping labels are already prepaid; The 25 euro standard return costs (sustainable returns policy) will be deducted from your refund.

Can I still cancel my order after payment?

Cancel my order after payment.

If you have placed and paid for an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation immediately.

After receiving the order confirmation, you can only cancel the order by contacting our customer service.

The sooner you contact us, the more likely it is that we can cancel the order without any charges.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you can always return the goods. Please note that return costs will apply.

When will I get my money back if I return a product?

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund your money. This usually happens within 4 business days.

Can I return a lamp if I have made modifications to it?

If you have extended the cord, made a hole in the ceiling canopy, or made other modifications to the lamp, we cannot accept the product for return. If you disagree, please contact our customer service. If we cannot resolve the issue, you can contact the disputes committee or your legal insurance provider.
